The family team, which already included the contribution of Jose’s son Jose Francisco and his brother Carlos Juan, was further enhanced when daughter Maricarmen Aguayo, a finance major from the University of Notre Dame, joined them as treasurer and financial manager.

In 1986, Juan Carlos Aguayo, a graduate in civil engineering from Princeton University, (He recently obtained his MBA degree at M.I.T) joined the firm. He was instrumental in helping his father research new ideas and introduced computer technology into the growing business.
